1) Simple click on the item you wish to purchase and then click on the add to cart button at the top of the page.

2) This shopping cart is provided by Pay Pal. If you have purchase items on other websites via Pay Pal all you have to do upon check-out is sign-in your e-mail address and password at the bottom of the shopping cart.

3) If you have forgotten your Pay Pal password visit their website https://www.paypal.com/ to have your password sent to your e-mail address.

4) If you have not used Pay Pal in the past during the check-out process you must create an account. Simple provide Pay Pal with your billing and shipping address as well as the credit card you will be using for your purchase.

5) Pay Pal is a secure credit card payment method used by many online businesses.

By Check or Money Order
1) If you're paying by check or money order, please send an e-mail to sales@signaturem.com with the product name and the quantity you wish to purchase. Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours by Signature M, along with shipping, tax charges and shipping time frame.

2) Include your shipping and/or billing address, phone number and e-mail address within your order (please note business and residential address).

3) Once your payment has been received per the instructions provided by Signature M via e-mail your order will be shipped as indicated by Signature M.

If your Signature M product is ever broken or damaged, we will repair it free of charge.

Just contact us at customerservice@signaturem.com and we'll give you all the information that you need to ship your bag to us for repair. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charges incurred when shipping your bag or accessory to us. If we are unable to repair your product we will replace it with a similar product (cannot guarantee exact match since some pieces are one of a kind and certain materials used are in limited quantity or rare).

Our warranty will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Signature M product for life. We will continue to repair your bag even if you decide to purchase a new Signature M product with the latest performance innovations. Naturally, our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, nor does it cover the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/or its content. Also not included is damage inflicted by disregarding the care instructions.

Remember to follow the care instructions included with you Signature M product carefully. Your Signature M, Inc. product is a work of art so treat it as such.
